I am working at the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics of the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia.

My research interests are within discrete algorithms, mainly in computational geometry, graph algorithms, data structures, randomized algorithms, and approximation algorithms.

I came to Slovenia as a Marie Curie Fellow at the Institute for Mathematics, Physics and Mechanics, in Ljubljana, to work with Bojan Mohar. Before coming to Slovenia, I did my Ph.D. at the Center for Geometry, Imaging, and Virtual Environments , in the Institute of Information & Computing Sciences of Universiteit Utrecht, supervised by Marc van Kreveld , Mark Overmars, and (partially) Mark de Berg . I was born in Lleida (Spain), and I studied Mathematics at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, in Barcelona. During my last year there, I worked on cryptography with Carles Padró .
