Abstract: In an age where physical sustenance is plentiful, humans have to be mindful of their diet and exercise. With the advent of advanced AI tools that can provide intellectual sustenance, humans - and particularly students - will similarly need to manage their intellectual diet and exercise. Lecturer will share some of his own thoughts on these topics.
