Deadline for submission of student status applications (1-12 September)

Only from 1 September 2022 to 12 September 2022 will it be possible to complete and submit the following status applications:

1. extension of student status (instructions and procedure)

2. enrollment without meeting the conditions (instructions and procedure)

3. faster progression (instructions and procedure only in Slovene)

Application procedure:

1. find the appropriate application in the VIS (applications will only be visible in Slovenian VIS and will be available from September 1-12),

2. fill out the application (in English or Slovene language) according to the above instructions and print it,

3. sign the application,

4. attach appropriate supporting documents to the application,

5. submit the signed application + supporting documents correctly and on time.

When and how do you submit the application (choose one of the methods):

1. electronically (only if you have a suitable digital signature): 12 September 2022, until 23:59, to the e-mail address: fizika@fmf.uni-lj.si

2. in person: 12 September 2022, until 8:00 p.m., at the faculty reception (Physics building)

3. by registered mail: until 12 September 2022, until 23:59 (time on the postal label), to the address Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, Student Office Department of Physics, Jadranska 19, 1000 Ljubljana.
