Wasserstein Stability of Persistence Diagrams

This sequence of talks will cover new results on stability of persistence diagrams with respect to a p-Wasserstein metric for p greater or equal to 1. The talk will cover previous results, then go through a proof of stability in the finite CW case , which also leads to a highly simplified proof of bottleneck stability. Then an algebraic formulation will be discussed with emphasis on extending the results to a certain class of persistence modules (along with some other interesting properties).
