Povzetek.  Convexity deficit is a measure that indicates by how mouch a given benzenoid graph differs from a convex one. In this talk we describe this new benzenoid invariant. The importance of boundary edges code of benzenoid graphs is emphasised.

This talk is part of work in progress with Nino Bašić, Patrick Fowler, Peter Stadler and others. Most of the slides for this talk have been prepared by Nino.
