Important information for physics students
STUDENT STATUS APPLICATIONS
Students can apply for exceptional enrollment in the next year without conditions or for extended student status only in September. Applications will only be open in VIS from 1-15 September 2025.
Students must fill out the application and upload the supporting documentation in VIS.
Deadline: 15 September 2025
ENROLLMENT IN THE HIGHER STUDY YEAR
1st and 2nd cycle students
- How: Online via VIS.
- When: The enrolment paper will automatically open when you meet the conditions for advancement between 1-13 September 2025.
- Deadline to fill out your enrollment paper: 19 September 2025
3rd cycle students
- How: Online via VIS.
- When: As soon as you meet the conditions for advancement but not after 15 September 2025. Contact the Student Office at fizika@fmf.uni-lj.si as soon as you meet the conditions.
- Deadline to fill out your enrollment paper: 19 September 2025
