Leah Berman: Configurations of Points and Lines
Dear colleagues,
The organizers of the Algebraic Graph Theory International Webinar would like to invite you to join us and other colleagues on March 16, 2021, at 8:15pm Central European Time, for the next presentation delivered by Leah Berman.
Please note the change of time for her talk to 8:15pm CET!
She will speak on **Configurations of Points and Lines **
Abstract: An (n_k) configuration is a collection of n points and n lines, in which each point lies on k of the lines, and each line passes through k of the points. When the points and lines are actual points and straight lines in the Euclidean plane, the configuration is a geometric configuration. This talk will provide a survey of interesting results and open questions about configurations, focusing on configurations with high levels of geometric symmetry.
Further details may be found at http://euler.doa.fmph.uniba.sk/AGTIW.html where you can also find the slides and the recordings of our previous presentations. Also, if you wish to advertise an AGT friendly conference on this page, please send us the link.
Hoping to see you at the webinar, and wishing you all the best. Stay AGTIW.
