Nik Stopar:How zero-divisors determine the structure of matrix rings (Kako delitelji niča določajo strukturo matričnih kolobarjev)

In the talk we will explain in what sense do the zero-divisors of matrix rings over finite fields determine uniquely the structure of the entire ring, including the addition. We will formalize the above statement by introducing compressed zero-divisor graphs of noncommutative rings and investigate the properties of such graphs, in particular their structure and categorial behaviour.
