Katja Berčič: The joy of mathematical research data

This talk will outline the state of research data in mathematics in the broader context of managing mathematical knowledge. It will touch upon some broader trends in managing research data and single out some mathematics specific issues - in particular the conceptual and technical tension between the data representations needed by humans and computers. The last part of the talk will be dedicated to discussing the data-related needs of the mathematical community.
