Workshop of Mathematical Solutions in Business and Industry

Kaunas University of Technology is organizing the Workshop of Mathematical Solutions in Business and Industry (ESGI 168) again. It will take place on June 6-10, 2022 in Palanga (Baltic Sea resort), Lithuania. We would like to invite you to register for the event by submitting an online application form at: https://mathworkshop.ktu.edu/for-participants/ .

The registration will be open until April 30 and in case of acceptance you will receive answer by 9 May, 2022.

There is no participation fee for scientists. Accommodation with breakfast and lunch as well as social programme are also covered for all participants. Please note that travel expenses are not covered.

Selected researchers will be solving real-world problems in teams of 5-7 members and assisted by the representatives from the companies. The problems submitted by the industry and business companies to the workshop are closely related but not limited to the following application areas of mathematics: * optimization problems; * formation of schedules; * logistics; * statistics and data analytics.
