I am currently a postdoc at FMF in the group of Prof. Maruša Bradač, and I am very passionate about extragalactic astronomy and cosmology.

During my Bachelor and Master's years I had the opportunity to improve my skills and knowledge about the physics of galaxy clusters. I also learned that the interplay between the physics of galaxies and the physics of galaxy clusters is essential for gaining a complete knowledge of the complex mechanisms that influence and characterise both systems.

This is the reason why I chose a PhD project focused on the study of the first QSOs and their host galaxies, for which I joined the AGN team of Observatory of Trieste, led by Prof. Fabrizio Fiore.

Currently, in the group of prof. Bradač, I am working on the properties of AGNs in the CANUCS fields at high redshift, in order to gain a better understanding of the early stages of galaxy evolution.
