Students may change elective courses with prior approval from the Comitte for Student Affairs (KŠZ OF). There is no fixed deadline for submitting the application; however, students are advised to submit it no later than 14 days after the start of the semester in which the course is offered. Please note that this deadline applies only to courses offered by the Department of Physics.
IMPORTANT: If you wish to take a course offered by the Department of Mathematics or another faculty, you must comply with their enrollment deadlines. In addition, you must submit the Application for Taking a Course at Another Faculty.
The application is available for the entire academic year.
Step 1: In the VIS system (select “Applications – Applications to the Comittee for Student Affairs OF (KŠZ OF) – Course Change”), complete the application form: Course Change. List the courses you wish to change in the justification section. Only elective courses may be changed.
If you wish to take a course outside the Department of Physics, upload the required attachment: a completed and approved Application for Taking a Course at Another Faculty (this also applies to courses offered by the Department of Mathematics).
Step 2: The Comittee for Student Affairs OF, Faculty of Mathematics and Physics (FMF), will review your application.
Step 3: Decisions regarding applications will generally be available within one week via the VIS system (VIS system – select “Applications – Review Application – Status – Completed”).
Step 4: If your application is approved, the new courses will be entered into your academic record and you will be notified about it via email.
IMPORTANT: In September and October, the decision deadline may be extended due to an increased workload.
