The seminar is organized by prof. dr. Roman Drnovšek and prof. dr. Primož Moravec. It covers various aspects of algebra and functional analysis. The main topics in algebra include non-commutative polynomials, associative and non-associative algebras and their maps, group theory, semigroup theory, algebraic geometry and ring theory. The main topics in functional analysis include Banach spaces ad Banach lattices, operator theory, matrix theory, measure theory and the theory of Banach algebras.
