Povzetek:
Partially ordered rings (=porings) are algebraic structures that are
used by many mathematicians. They form a category (where the
order-preserving homomorphisms serve as maps) with a very rich
structure. Model theory provides particularly important tools for the
analysis of this category. Reflectors of the category of porings can be
described explicitly. They have substantial applications in real
algebraic geometry.
