Črni Vrh Observatory is active in comet and NEO observation from 1997, first by following up discoveries by major NEO surveys, later also by doing our own search survey. In the period 2000-2002 we built a new 60-cm, f/3.3 robotic telescope, which is since then in regular operation, producing numerous discoveries of Solar System objects (asteroids, comets), as well as distant transient objects, like supernovae. Having a short response time, the telescope is also used for optical follow-up of Gamma Ray Bursts, detected by the SWIFT satellite.
