Job description

As a member of the client-setup team, you will be responsible for the integration and support of our betting and media products. This includes direct communication with international clients, trouble-shooting and reporting issues to the development team. You will work closely with development so a basic technical understanding of our products will be required.

Desired Skills and Experience

Professional requirements:

• Communication skills and ability to work in international teams 
• Good use of the formal English language 
• Basic understanding of programming principles 
• Basic understanding of server technolgy and communication protocols 
• XML knowledge 
• Basic HTML and CSS knowledge 
• Basic understanding of data-science is a bonus 
• Database knowledge of any kind is a bonus 
• Java or .NET knowledge is a bonus

Personality requirements:

• Fluent in English, any other European language will be considered a plus 
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and creatively to find solutions for the best use of our products 
• Written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities and an attitude for learning new technologies and thinking on your feet
