What will you do?

• You will play a critical role in application development;
• You will save end users from working with buggy software;
• You will make the development team and the software look good in the eyes of customers;
• You will run all kinds of tests – functional, user acceptances, stress, performance, scalability – at different stages of software life cycle;
• You will be verifying whether software meets the expected value to its users;
• You will investigate the product to find any information that is valued by your stakeholders;
• You will mitigate surprises – trying to find problems before software is released;
• You will be communicating – with customers, developers and users, and work together to find out if the product is improving;
• You will be exploring the software, trying to make new improvements and taking all the testing challenges

Who are you?

• You have a creative mind, which will enable you to think and test beyond. It enables you to consider all of the ways the intended user may interact with the application under test;
• You have curiosity. You are able to see what everyone else hasn’t seen, to think what no one else has thought of and to do what no one else has dared;
• You are stubborn and you persevere. You never give up. You are patient enough to find as many bugs as you can;
• You have a passion for technology and attention to detail;
• You have good writing skills (for documenting the process);
• You have a good understanding of the software development process (preferable);
• You are proficient in English;
• You have a University degree (or you are on the way there)
