We prefer to keep under the radar so we can develop A-game code for major Western multinationals. Our clients adore us, and we're about to burst at the seams from exciting new projects in disruptable industries (online gambling, risk management, chatbots, and beyond). We need +50 new team members and all hands on deck: Configuration Managers, DevOps, QAs, BAs, PMs, Java, C#, Solution Architects and other unicorns and hybrids.

You can pick what you're good at and build your skills to become great and work your way up to that dream calling. We're that four-leaf clover you were after this summer.

A methodical programmer, you're the hands-on creator of new software. Besides every line of code, you know the ins and outs of its functions, non-functions, tech specs, debugging, and even form. And if you're a newb with solid basics of programming, we can turn you into a code master.

WE NEED YOU TO DO MOST OF THESE:

• Liaise with various company departments to understand business requirements, create the specifications, and build complex applications
• Utilize innovative approaches to solve complex and interdependent processes and application integrations
• Build proof of concept with new technologies and maintain code quality and automated tests
• Write unit- and integration testing for applications in development
• Follow Agile programming best practices (test-first programming, refactoring, integration, simple design, a single coding standard, dynamic work area)
• Provide technical support and solutions to technical issues
• Effectively communicate and coordinate with offshore teams
  

SO YOU ARE PROBABLY:

• An expert in C#
• Knowledgeable in fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Highly organised and analytical
• Skilled in working across multiple devices and platforms, object-oriented programming, code optimization/profiling
• Experienced in working with databases
• Familiar with .NET MVC and IDE (Visual Studio)
• Familiar with various design and architectural patterns
• Understand fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Skilled in automation, integration and unit testing
  

MAYBE EVEN:

• Fearless, ambitious, and have high standards of excellence
• Familiar with frontend basics (Sass/CSS, TypeScript/Javascript)
• Have experience with Azure or .NET core
• Up-to-date on industry trends and their impact
• Highly organised and analytical
• Fluent in English
• Familiar with Agile frameworks
