We need +50 new team members and all hands on deck: Configuration Managers, DevOps, QAs, BAs, PMs, Java, C#, Solution Architects and other unicorns and hybrids.

An in-the-making IT expert, you assist with the continued success of our products and technical solutions by developing, documenting, implementing, and maintaining configuration management processes and activities. You'll become a trusted consultant for main products of big multinationals, and our team of talented engineers will ensure you have a great starting point for rapid learning, skill-building, and career progression.

WE NEED YOU TO DO MOST OF THESE:

• Ensure that all our systems around the world run smoothly and seamlessly
• Install, tweak, and learn from software & hardware across the board
• Diligently document software & hardware defects, reproduce them and communicate about issues
• Play an integral part in deployment of procedures to internal and external environments
• Deliver diagnostics and alerts on top of our systems
• Assist with establishing procedure/processes for implementing changes
• Consult our valued clients around the world

SO YOU ARE PROBABLY:

• Experienced with automation/configuration management
• Generally familiar with IT networks and appliances
• Acquainted with network protocols used for network monitoring and discovery
• Able to prioritize and support multiple concurrent tasks
• Very orderly and neat
• One of those people who never lose their car keys
  

MAYBE EVEN:

• Fearless, ambitious, and have high standards of excellence
• Up-to-date on industry trends and their impact
• Fluent in English
