Our clients adore us, and we're about to burst at the seams from exciting new projects in disruptable industries (online gambling, risk management, chatbots, and beyond). We need +50 new team members and all hands on deck: Configuration Managers, DevOps, QAs, BAs, PMs, Java, C#, Solution Architects and other unicorns and hybrids.

A natural-born perfectionist, you passionately detect and help resolve software bugs and glitches by methodically reporting them to the rest of the team. Ultimately, you ensure that products, apps, and systems work correctly. And if you're a newb with solid basics of programming, we can turn you into a code master.

WE NEED YOU TO DO MOST OF THESE:

• Ensure that our products have zero bugs and that our clients get what they want
• Maintain quality of software and testing lifecycle by performing manual and automated testing across multiple browsers and devices
• Maintain and create test cases and other test deliverables
• Document defects, reproduce them and communicate about issues
• Identify, execute and support continuous improvement of the testing process
• Implement automated processes to track failure and success over time to help identify high-impact issues, maintain effective test code, and prevent deployment of code of unacceptable quality
  

MAYBE EVEN:

• Participate in agile planning, estimation, backlog grooming, and delivery process
• Work and coordinate with offshore team
  

SO YOU ARE PROBABLY:

• Highly organized and analytical
• A software detective with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving
• Able to document and troubleshoot errors
• Familiar with test frameworks
• Familiar with test management software
  

MAYBE EVEN:

• Fearless, ambitious, and have high standards of excellence
• Familiar with Agile frameworks
• Able to communicate effectively to an on- and offshore audience
• Experienced in project management and QA methodology
• Fluent in English
