we're about to burst at the seams from exciting new projects in
disruptable industries (online gambling, risk management, chatbots, and
beyond). We need +50 new team members and all hands on deck:
Configuration Managers, DevOps, QAs, BAs, PMs, Java, C#, Solution
Architects and other unicorns and hybrids.
You can pick what you're good at and build your skills to become great
and work your way up to that dream calling. We're that four-leaf clover
you were after this summer.
A jack of all IT trades, you're the person user manuals exist for. You
are vital to the continued success of our products and technical
solutions, possessing excellent communication skills and a genuine
desire to help with troubleshooting.
WE NEED YOU TO DO MOST OF THESE:
- Ensure that all our systems around the world run smoothly and seamlessly
- Install, tweak, and learn from software & hardware across the board
- Diligently document software & hardware defects, reproduce them and communicate about issues
- Play an integral part in the deployment of procedures to internal and external environments
- Constantly improve our information security, reliability, and efficiency of our large distributed services ecosystem
- Accelerate workflow by writing scripts that implement automated processes for repetitive tasks
- Implement processes to support the availability of appropriate pre- and production environments for team members including Developers, QA Professionals, and DBAs
- Deliver diagnostics and alerts on top of our systems
- Follow and implement ISO regulations to maintain top quality standards
- Ensure uptime objectives are met by participating in controlling the risks and rate of change in collaboration with the QA team.
- Effectively communicate and coordinate with offshore teams
SO YOU ARE PROBABLY:
- A natural learner, analyzer, thinker, and solver
- Familiar with various programming languages and frameworks
- Experienced in software development/operations and have in-depth knowledge of the technicalities
- Experienced with automation/configuration management
- A firm believer in quality, automation, information security, and future-proofing
- Knowledgeable with Agile frameworks
- Open-minded to ever-changing situations
- A strong team player who's easy to get along with
MAYBE EVEN:
- Fearless, ambitious, and have high standards of excellence
- Up-to-date on industry trends and their impact
- Fluent in English
- A coder, a CCNA, or familiar with ISO standards
