We are looking for a great Data Scientist/LLM Engineer to join our team

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement LLM based tools.
• Build data pipelines to extract, clean, and transform structured and unstructured data from multiple sources (e.g. financial reports, regulatory filings, client data, etc.).
• Apply machine learning algorithms for tasks such as predictive modeling, data classification, clustering, recommender models, summarization, and anomaly detection.
• Conduct experimentation, fine-tuning, and evaluation of open-source and proprietary LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral, Qwen), implementing prompt engineering and guardrails to guide model outputs and optimize performance for industry-specific needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring outputs align with regulatory and compliance standards.
• Stay current on industry trends and advancements in AI/ML and incorporate innovative methodologies into projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in Machine Learning/Data Science, with hands-on experience in LLM development and integration
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, and proficiency with relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face etc.)
• In-depth knowledge of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, methodologies, and NLP
• Interest in deep learning, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication skills, clear documentation habits, and readiness to collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams
• Proactivity
• Experience in the financial services industry or any other regulated industry would be a strong asset.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
